Dr. Justin Tilghman is a certified Christian life and mindset coach with a passion for helping individuals flourish emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

As founder of Balanced Coaching, he integrates biblical wisdom with insights from attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and emotional intelligence. His coaching is rooted in relational spirituality — guiding clients toward deeper connection with God, self, and others.

With a background in pastoral counseling, leadership development, and spiritual formation, Justin helps clients overcome emotional blocks, build resilience, and live with purpose.

He is also a certified Christian DISC® facilitator and brings over a decade of experience in higher education and ministry leadership.

Whether coaching individuals or teams, Justin creates a safe, grace-filled space for healing, growth, and transformation.

He also serves as Pastor of Development at Grace Fellowship Church in North Carolina, where he leads discipleship initiatives and provides pastoral care, coaching, and training to church leaders and small group communities.
