Who is RSCC for?
RSCC is perfect for pastors, coaches, counselors, spiritual directors, ministry leaders, and Christian professionals who want to facilitate deep, lasting transformation. When do the live calls take place?
All calls are Thursdays 4-6pm PT / 7-9pm ET. The Spring 2026 cohort runs February 19 - May 21, 2026 with 7 bi-weekly sessions. All calls are recorded if you can't attend live.
How much time will this take?
Plan for 2 hours bi-weekly for live calls plus 2-3 hours per week for video lessons, workbook exercises, and volunteer client practice (7 sessions total over the 14 weeks). This is practical application, not just theory.
Do I need a psychology background?
Not at all! RSCC is designed for ministry leaders and practitioners, not therapists. We explain concepts clearly and focus on practical application in your context. Many graduates come from pastoral ministry, coaching, or spiritual direction backgrounds.
What if this isn't a good fit?
